Product returns
\nIf for any reason you wish to return any of the products you have purchased you have the option to do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value following the following instructions :Returns of products are accepted within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products and should be accompanied by proof of purchase. In this case you will only be charged for the cost of returning the product. Returns are only accepted when the product is in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with. For this reason, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging upon delivery of the order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong contents, etc.).
